[問題] 台灣大哥大預付卡儲值

我上星期5去ATM，照台哥大官網說明做預付卡儲值。
可是一直到今天，
我上官網做餘額查詢 還是看不到錢有入帳，
然後因為我的預付卡裡沒有錢 所以我也沒有辦法打客服詢問。
週日寫信給網路客服，客服也沒有回。
