[問題] NOTE4更新5.0的通知??

看大家都分享NOTE4 已經可以更新5.0了
可是我的卻沒收到更新通知耶
而且我已經回復原廠設定了說...
結果收到的更新還是只有到android 4.4而已
請問是哪個步驟可能出了問題了嗎？
