[問題] 中職跟日職有租借球員的協議嗎?

足球有租借球員的制度 這樣球員不用蹲豪門板凳冷腿 沒錢的隊伍還可以租用提升戰力

今天看這場郭泰源果斷2.1局換下大衛說不定他已經有備案了 說不定是軟銀的

但是這個制度好像在棒球圈沒有
