請問東京市內暖氣問題

預計4月17~21日到東京玩，看了一下溫度比想像中低 10-20度之間，爬一些文好像室內、電車、旅館都還會開暖氣 這幾年身體狀況不好 皮膚沒辦法使用暖氣 想確認是不是這樣的天氣東京還會開暖氣 如果是可能我要改期了 如果延一個月 5月天氣約15-23度之間 這樣的天氣還會開暖氣嗎
