smartpay使用經驗

請問一下各位是否有使用smartpay金融卡的經驗 目前有十二家銀行有合作且不需手續費 不知商店的普及度如何？ 或是手續費是否會反映在匯率上？ 目前考慮不要帶太多現金 住宿及大筆消費以刷卡為主 因此在考慮smartpay跟華南旅鑽or紅卡或國民旅遊卡 不知道各位的想法如何？
