Under the Skin這部電影在2014總是被許多外國媒體拿來與史丹庫伯力克的電影相提並論，到底有沒有高估這部電影不得而知，但這部電影的確是2014電影中令人眼光為之一亮的作品，這Jonathan Glaze在這部新作之中大膽的翻玩著許多人所做不到的敘事手法、鏡頭（而且還做得相當的棒）
