[請問] 部分蛋白黏附在蛋殼是否新鮮

請問....

昨天買了幾顆雞蛋回家，準備把蛋倒在碗裡面準備調味時

發現，蛋殼上黏著些許蛋白，且用手挖下來時，有點果凍狀
