[請益] 請問要購買新電腦還是升級就好?

目前電腦的使用需求就,下載電影,上網看盤,Office作業,photoshop等等

但是最近電腦一直進不去windows7,檢查後發現是軟體上的問題跟硬碟異常

所以有了想換電腦的想法,但是維修人員推薦我只要把設備升級即可
