今天跟朋友討論手機，建議他去我們家附近通訊行買NOTE3就好 至少還會送保護貼及套子
 ，可是他說要去遠一點的市區買神腦特約店的貨 說良率會比較好,他說通路商的生態就
是這樣 至少會把自家賣出的機子顧好
可是我的觀念是 機子都封好 神腦怎麼分辨好壞?
請問大家有可能是這樣嗎
