若出發日遇到東京颱風,怎麼辦?

請問大家 由於我是第一次自己去東京自由行(9/29高雄出發,JAL班機), 剛看氣象說那天東京會有颱風 ,我目前想到是直接退機票及飯店(我是向旅行社訂的),這樣處理對嗎?? 第一次遇到這種情況,有些不知所措,希望請各位指教. 謝謝！
