兩個前我從澳洲到紐西蘭旅遊，為了方便辦了NAB的TRAVELLER CARD，回澳的時候我查看過了最後一次紀錄是我還有210多紐幣，当時的匯率是澳1：紐1.037，所以我想換回澳幣也差不多應該有200塊，結果只下了51塊，而我的旅遊卡帳戶也清空了，也沒有任何轉帳記錄或提領記錄，我立刻回銀行去查，行員告訴我沒錯，澳換紐1:1.037沒有問題，但如果紐幣換回來的話就會差距很多，我實在是無法理解，她還比喻她在日本用日幣換澳幣也是同樣的情形，...
