上個月我在日本樂天訂房定了7月份到川湯溫泉KKRかわゆ的住宿, 前2天在瀏覽時才發現原來我訂的房間是和室１５畳バス・トイレ無, 是沒有浴室的房間, 因為我們一行人有長輩及幼兒沒有習慣到大浴堂, 所以想更改房型成12畳/トイレ付, 我有用英文直接寫信給旅館問可否更改及會補上差價, 但都沒有回信, 因為我是用信用卡刷卡且已扣款成功了, 如果退房重新訂房就會損失刷卡交易費及匯率請問有沒有有經驗的大大可幫我解答? ...
