大家好,因為用手機發文,如果造成閱讀困難還請見諒。

最近我才發現薪資單的勞健保費用詭異的低,仔細算了一下才發現我的勞健保級距如果以全薪的方式計算是N。但實際公司幫我報的卻是N-1。
因為我有住員工宿舍,另外每月繳交員工福利金,我往回推算發現公司計算勞健保費用的方式是以薪資扣除住宿費及福利金後的金額作為我的實際薪資.....再以此作為勞健保級距計算
