「我人生的第一份美食就是加辣的蚵仔麵線，我至今難忘。那時候的麵線糊不摻太白粉或地瓜粉，濃稠的湯頭靠的是煮手工麵線時所釋放出來的澱粉，現在已經完全找不到這樣的麵線糊了。」談到「吃」費奇像是身上所有的開關都啓動般，對這份已陪著她走過大半輩子的行業，她依舊熱情。
