有人去過皇居基地跑步過嗎？！這段時間很瘋跟FB社團的人到處去跑步在運動筆記裡看見有人去皇居基地外苑跑步想問問是否有人去那邊跑過有甚麼須要注意的？不會日文，要去adidas RUN BASE洗澡該怎麼辦？！洗完澡才要開始一天的行程，就不在回住宿的地點洗了 (P.S離住宿地點有段距離>
