針對本（12月26）日媒體報導新北市戶政事務所將於明（103）年1月2日起代收代辦護照乙事，外交部謹此說明如次：本部自100年7月1日起實施「首次申請護照親辦措施」以來，運作順暢，對提升我護照國際公信力具有極為正面之效益，且迄已獲得134個國家或地區給予我國人免簽證或落地簽證待遇之肯定。本部對於國內各相關部會以及地方縣市政府，尤其全國各地戶政事務所之大力協助，表達由衷之謝意。有關報載新北市政府提議，其所轄戶政...
