中職年度選秀今天下午2點登場，前旅日投手鄭凱文最搶手！同時被兄弟象、Lamigo桃猿、
義大犀牛隊相中，象隊擁有首輪第1順位選秀權，讓25歲的鄭凱文確定成為「選秀狀元」。
從2009年起，5年內4次由旅外獲得中職選秀狀元。今年共56人參加選秀，含旅日5人、旅美4
人。
