簡單來說以前的燙髮是用強鹼的藥劑去破壞頭髮的鏈鍵結構
再將頭髮固定在物體上~最後用還原劑讓頭髮記住自己的形狀

而胜燙是日本人利用頭髮原有的鏈鍵結構(胱胺酸)
去切斷鏈鍵
