依您的背景，要選擇外商設備，依我自己經驗跟您分享:
1.專業度問題:
vendor商著重於硬體部分，雖不全然要輪班，但有些還是有on call制度，還是須要排班
(只是須看輪調的人力作調整)，而設備部分絕大部分在trouble shooting 部分，以及拆
