[請問] 3D暈持續很久...怎麼辦?

我昨天約下午5點多玩minecraft (低畫質3D GAME)
快6點的時候暈暈的就關掉了。

結果胃部的不適持續了2~3hr有吧
頭部的不適直到隔天AM3點(9HR)還沒解除
