所謂的 "受限" 是指電腦受限 還是 上網受限？
如果是電腦本身就有軟體或AD限制時，你用其他方式上網一樣會被限制

但是家中的人都沒有人去處理 導致被罰一張驗車逾期的900元罰單
結果罰單應到案日期這幾天就要到了 還是沒有去驗車...
