小弟在保險業IT單位服務
我的職等公司有明訂可報加班費
由於最近忙專案加班較頻繁（多到八九點）
今天送加班單時就被上司提醒說：一個月加班不要超過21個小時
理由是：會違反規定，要我不要為難HR
