請問有任何管道可以查詢NSW、VIC和SA的汽車罰單欠款嗎？

我2014年在NSW、VIC及SA都被開過罰單，NSW那時是近1700au的罰單，VIC則是800多，而在SA大概是300-400多，因為身上一直都沒錢所以也一直沒辦法繳清，又礙於英文真的非常不好也沒有去延期或申訴，而且因為一直移動也沒有收到催繳的通知，直到最近開始有點收入，但帳戶裡僅有的1500多順間全部被強制扣除，請朋友打去銀行問了一下似乎是NSW那邊採取了強制扣款，不過那也只是扣除了我互頭裡僅有的1500多，如果是加了滯納金真的不知道...
