請問德鐵罷工之退票問題

請問已訂德鐵CNL列車，如因罷工停駛，火車票是德鐵會自己退費，還是一定要去慕尼黑車站辦理退票？另是不是也原訂車開車時間前完成退票？ 因當天是從薩爾斯堡坐車回慕尼黑去柏林，如確定停駛，即考慮在薩爾斯堡多住一天，隔天再搭飛機去柏林 罷工對旅客真的造成很大不便，趕快結束吧！
