小弟想請問一下各位前輩航太技術員各部門的工作內容以及概況?
三個月試用期好不保障，才剛離職，又要面臨續不續聘的壓力。

我猜有非常多的人可能想法和您會不同
據我所知 GG的考績制度很精實 一定會排出高下 好壞下場天差地遠
在各單位考績一定要排高下,一定會有人可升官有人要墊底的制度下,
對上逢迎拍馬,對平輩勾心鬥角就會很常見,風氣要好應該很不容易.
